Peach, Mango & Passionfruit Chia Seed Pots

Time: 15 Minutes Prep. 4 Hours Refrigeration

Serves: 555gm

Ingredients:

  • 250ml Greek Yoghurt
  • 120ml Barker’s Professional Peach, Mango & Passionfruit Compote
  • 125ml Milk
  • 60ml Chia Seeds

Method:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together greek, Barker’s Professional Peach, Mango & Passionfruit Compote and milk. Add in chia seeds and whisk well.

  2. Place into a container and leave to thicken for at least 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy topped with extra Barker’s Professional Peach, Mango & Passionfruit Compote, almonds and extra yoghurt.

Try with different compotes for different flavours.
