INGREDIENTS:

One Serve

• 45ml Gin (we prefer Blue Turtle Gin)
• 15ml Barker’s Pink Grapefruit Syrup
• 15ml Lime juice
• Soda/Sparkling water
• Lemon or lime wedge

METHOD:

In a tall glass add gin, Barkers Pink Grapefruit
Syrup & lime juice.
Fill glass with ice.
Add soda or sparking water to fill.
Add straw if desired. Garnish with lemon or lime.

HANDY HINT:

Swirl drink before serving and experiment with the visual effect that the coloured layers create. Half the proportions of syrup and soda for a short
version.
