Ingredients
- Firm, fresh Fijian fish fillets cut into strips
- Taveniu Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- Flour Tortillas
- Hellmann's Real Mayo
- Agave Nectar
- Cabbage or lettuce shredded and dressed with lime
Method
- Season the fish and fry is the Taveniu oil
- Mix mayo + lime + agave nectar (5%).
- Assemble tacos with cabbage or lettuce, fish, and drizzle of the agave mayo.
