Silikomart Plate Stencil Alambra

Stencil Alambra is the new stencil developed in collaboration with Chef Pâtissier Titouan Claudet for quick and perfect decorations for plated desserts or savoury preparations.

The stencils, made of ultra-fine platinum silicone, allow you to create service-proof decorations in one easy step. How to use: place the stencil on the plate, spread a gel or cream with the help of a spatula and remove the stencil. The pack contains 2 stencils.
